Installer
Fulltime Position
Thermal King Windows is hiring full time installers to join our team! We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a working knowledge of window and door replacement as well as any residential construction experience. Candidates for this position must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We require a minimum of two years work experience, your own basic tools, and a clean driving record for this position. Successful candidates will be professional, organized, prompt, and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to successfully manage your own projects. Must be able to work efficiently, whether working alone or as part of a team. We offer excellent compensation plans based on experience and ability, a company truck, health insurance, and a 401k with company match.
Sales Representative
Fulltime Position
Thermal King Windows is a leader in the home improvement industry and looking for sales representatives. We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experience sales people with excellent communication skills. Sales experience is a plus but is not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidates. This position offers a base pay plus commission, health insurance, and a 401k with company match. WE DO NOT COLD CALL. All appointments will be provided, however you must have reliable transportation. This is a full time position with a competitive compensation plan with earnings between $75,000 and $150,000 per year.
Event Marketer
Trade Show Worker
Thermal King Windows is seeking candidates with a winning attitude, and excellent communication skills, to assist with our trade shows. As the community continues to re-open and we are able to engage the public about our industry leading products and services we need professional and energetic team members to interact with prospective customers and showcase our literature and answer any questions they may have, including explaining our various products and services. Candidates will have their own reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends and evenings as shows become scheduled. Starting pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
