Official Sweepstakes Rules:
1. Eligibility: The Thermal King Windows New Entry Door Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry that are homeowners whose property is located within 50 miles of the Thermal King Windows location. Employees of Thermal King Windows and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Thermal King Windows, located at 14368 W 96th Terr, Lenexa, KS 66215.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1st, 2023 at 12:00 a.m., Central Time, and ends on May 31st at 11:59 p.m., Central Time, (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win.
4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the online entry form on the Thermal King Windows. All entries become the property of Thermal King Windows and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a brand new standard entry door from Thermal King Windows with standard installation included within 50 miles of Thermal King Windows location, with an approximate retail value of $3,000. The winner will have the option between a Metal or a Fiberglass Entry Door. Models eligible are 006, 003, 002–430DCIGT or 460 CD IGT. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other products or services. Thermal King Windows reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary. Commercial properties are excluded from this promotion.
7. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the potential winner fails to respond within the required time period, Thermal King Windows reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing.
8. Publicity Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, the winner grants Thermal King Windows the right to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online announcements, social media, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions: Thermal King Windows reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Thermal King Windows in its sole discretion. Thermal King Windows reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Limitations of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Thermal King Windows, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party brand or company mentioned in the marketing materials. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Thermal King Windows.
